Amazing @nanasacko wearing our jacquard woven denim top, woven with deadstock cotton yarn on a cotton warp. The weaving structure is digitally aligned with the silhouette of the top and adjusted to fit exactly on the warp 💙 Handwoven experiments looking at movement by stretching the warp, woven with a cotton cord in warp and weft 🤍 Soft wavy denim twill in indigo cotton Wool and linen 🖤 “Hacking the loom” today at the @textielmuseum with the amazing hacked jacquard loom by @jos___klarenbeek who re-activated an old loom from the museum depot into a digitally activated loom! Jacquard woven fringe denim in a raw indigo regenerative cotton from the Regenagri cotton farming initiative. Woven with my fellow indigo experts at @496fabriclab by @waynewaynechiang. The fringes are woven into the fabric in a fil coupè weaving technique and then cut, making it an intrinsic part of the twill construction! Black wool roses with a green cotton and brown linen overlay of loose floates, jacquard woven on a cotton warp! Some jacquard woven experiment in linen and wool on a cotton warp ❤️🩷 Jacquard woven denim in a rayon chenille yarn on a regenerative indigo cotton warp, creating a soft twill like structure in a distinct pattern. Woven in collaboration with denim mill @496fabriclab by @waynewaynechiang 🤍
