Kelly Konings is an award-winning textile designer based in Sweden. She specializes in jacquard weaving, 3D weaving, and woven fashion projects. Her work seamlessly connects textiles and fashion through weaving, cultural history, and contemporary craftsmanship. 

Konings earned a Bachelor’s in Fashion Design from ArtEZ Institute of the Arts in The Netherlands. After working 15 years in fashion, she earned a Master’s in Textile Design from the Swedish School of Textiles. Top magazines, including Vogue, Elle, ID Magazine, and Scandinavian Minds, have featured her textile collections.

Kelly Konings was kindly awarded the ‘Henrik Vibskov P:I:G Award 2025’ and the ‘ELLE Circular Fashion Award 2023’. Other nominations include the ‘Dorothy Waxman International Textile Design Prize’, the ‘ALPHA Award’, and the ‘European Craft Prize for Applied Arts’.

Important institutes have presented her collections. These include ITS International Talent Support, New Order of Fashion, The Linen Project, Crafts Council NL, and Gallery Rademakers. Her work has also appeared at Stockholm Furniture Fair, Stockholm Craft Week, Copenhagen Fashion Week, Paris Fashion Week, Dutch Design Week, Salone del Mobile, Stockholm Creative Edition, Kingpins, Circular Textile Days, and Première Vision.
